The Nick Jacobs Trophy

The annual Nick Jacobs trophy is awarded for the best member's tree as voted for by members of the club present at the meeting.  The trees have to have been styled by members from seed, nursery stock or collected material - professionally styled material is not allowed to be entered.

The results of the competition for this year's Nick Jacobs were as follows:

in 1st place: Dave C's Cotoneaster

in 2nd place: Kevin's Chamaecyparis

in 3rd place: Neil's European Larch

in 1st place:  Neil's Rhododendron 'Kin-no-sai'
